Kostas Kyriazis
Kostas Kyriazis - Coach (Physical Performance Specialist)
Kostas Kyriazis comes to Futbol Movement with years of international coaching experience at various levels.
Prior to joining the UCI Men's Soccer coaching staff, Kyriazis was part of the New York Red Bulls organization where he coached with the club's youth training programs, developing players and identifying prospective talents throughout the tri-state area.
Kyriazis' previous experiences include a dual role of sport scientist and technical coach with Everton Football Club's Women's First Team and development squad (U20s). Also while in England, Kyriazis completed his Master of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning at Liverpool John Moores University.
Before Everton, Kyriazis was coaching in London with the West Ham United Foundation and Academy Reserve Squad (U18), and was also acting as the club's scout at international camps in the United States and the Netherlands. Furthermore, Kyriazis pursued internships to enrich his knowledge and experience with other top European youth academy systems such as Lech Poznan (Polish Ekstraklasa) and Aris FC (Greek Superleague).
Kostas Kyriazis will begin his first season with the UC Irvine Men’s Soccer coaching staff as a Volunteer Assistant Coach.
